Loyal Exterior Cleaning started in 2015 as Squeaky Service, a small window cleaning company run by Luis Martinez. It grew the way good local companies do: customers kept calling back and recommended us to their neighbors. Today Luis and co-founder Andrew Richards run Loyal from Brea.
Today we serve Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside counties with a full exterior cleaning lineup and professional Christmas light installation. Our customers' homes and businesses get the same care whether we're on the roof in July or in December.
Luis serves on the Board of Directors of the International Window Cleaning Association. Our team is fully insured and OSHA 1910 certified for job site safety, and our roof washing comes with a 5-year warranty.
